Muscat vintage now complete
With the Muscat now picked and the fermentation process underway for the production of this years Moscato, it's time to reflect on the year it was in the vineyard. THis summer saw the second hottest day on record which followed 4 days of intense heat.
Red Hill Market a great succss
The weather was very kind today for the famous Christmas market at Red Hill today. Crowds were up and the wine flowed generously.
Pink is the new Black
With our 2005 Moscato now sold out we have moved onto the 2006 which is pink. It looked so fantastic when we crushed the grapes originally that we decided to leave the colour on and we're glass we did. The 2006 Moscato has all the hallmarks of a great Moscato.
2008 season well under way
The 2008 season is well under way with great weather to kick start a great season. The Shiraz is almost at full canopy already and early indications look good for a great crop. Flowering is almost complete in both the Shiraz and the Muscat and then the grapes start to grow.
Momentum builds on the 2005 Shiraz
The momentum is continuing to build on the 2005 Mim's Shiraz with a Bronze medal in the Small Vigneron Awards held in the A.C.T. recently. That's two from two shows so far. The 2005 Mim's Shiraz is available for sale on line at this website.

Chirping Bird - Now in Charter
On Friday 25th May 15 days after we started from Sydney, we delivered "Chirping Bird" to Whitsunday Escape at Airlie Beach. The passage up was spectacular and fast & furious.
Chirping Bird - the Boat
On Thursday 10th May 2007 "Chirping Bird" will make her maiden voyage from Sydney to Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays QLD to begin her life as a working boat in Charter. Named after our new premium label - Chirping Bird, she is a brand new Beneteau Cyclades 43.4 fractional rigged sloop.
Fabulous Vintage
The 2007 vintage was a great success. The weather was very kind to us ans held out until just after the last grapes were picked.
