At each new phase the excitement really goes through the roof. This was a particularly good time in the construction because the shape appeared. Building on concrete I didn't need a strongback as I bolted the control line and the station anchoring points directly to the floor. The moulds were created in such a way as each of the waterlines lined up on level ground. Because the shed floor was not exactly even, each of the station points were individually measured and packed for height. The moulds were cut on a CNC router - highly recommended - out of 18mm MDF board and cross checked on the full size plans supplied by the designer.
The first mould was the widest at midships and I worked back to the transom, then forward to the bow stem.
