Lee Smallman - The Corner Bottleshop Manager
Lee has worked at Gateway Cellars from the time he was 14 stacking shelves. He has grown up with wine living on the family vineyard. His passion for great customer service is evident when you see him in action.
He leaves Gateway Cellars this year to head up a new and exciting drive in bottleshop in Rosebud. Lee was instumental in renovating the store from the ground up so he knows - literally - every nail and stick of timber on the building. For the past two months he has been scouring the market for the best specials and products to stock on the Corner Bottleshop.
But on his days off you'll find him somewhere on his motorbike practicing his jumps and tricks.
Samantha Dans - Manager Functions & Administration
Sam has an extensive background in customer service and that makes her the ideal person to organise your upcoming function. She is not only the friendly voice you speak to on the phone but you will often find her heading up the bar as she loves to get involved. Sam has a fantastic team of vibrant and bubbly staff and they will always add a great atmosphere to your special occasion. .
Mim Smallman - Viticulture 
Mim is a succesful international artist and was instrumental in planting and nurturing the vineyard in it's early days. Her great knowledge and love of horticulture is evident in the health and development of the vineyard.
Rod Smallman - General Manager 
Rod is the founder and General Manager of Intowine, Gateway Liquor & Lotto and Mim's Vineyard. Parent Company "Smallman Developments Pty. Ltd." was founded in 1984 and has been growing ever since. His focus this year is the vineyard as well as internet wine sales. "I thoroughly enjoy talking about, growing, and selling wine. How good is it to have a job that you love to be at every day"
